We do accept walk-ins, but we highly recommend making an appointment due to limited availability.

Walk-in availability is not guaranteed, as appointments booked online are given priority.

Rescheduling / Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you are feeling unwell or have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
