1. Covid-19 Safety Measures

In accordance with COVID-19 guidance of Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, we require entry screening.
*Please make sure to bring proof of vaccination and personal ID for appointment/walk-in service*
We do take walk-ins but there is limited availability for service at this time. Please make appointments prior to the visit if possible, and please be on time for the service.

2. For Appointments Towards the End of the Day

Due to the length of some service, online booking may not be available near the end of the day. While we can't guarantee availability, we may be able to accommodate you depending on the situation.

If you experience any issues while booking online, please feel to give us a call or text.


3. Re-Schedule / No Show Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for

at least 24 hours' notice. 

Late cancellations or mo-shows will be subject to the following charges:

  • Cut/Styling: 50% of the service price.
  • Other: 50% of the service price.
